hurricane gustav, coinciding with the republican convention, only reminds me of the fact that an american president and his administration could be so fucking oblivious and guilty.
and giner's mom reminds me to remember the focus on the family douchebag who prayed for rain to disrupt barack obama's acceptance speech. she didn't use the word "douchebag." but she did use the word "karma."

Etouffee is so much fluffier and healthier than she was when you first brought her home. Hooray!
cody -- that's etouffee on the right, pooh is on the left. i'll contemplate a blog entry.
smitten -- yes, her nipples no longer hang to the ground! and she is happy. but she'd be happier if she finally got to go live with her real parents and her sister noodles!
